These terms apply to the website glasswidgets.app and the Android app Lumen Glass Widgets, run by Project Team For You (프로젝트팀포유). The Korean text below is the governing version.

Copyright and the personal-use licence

All wallpapers, images, widget designs, text and other content on the site and in the app are copyright © Project Team For You. You may download the wallpapers free of charge and use them as the background of your own devices (phone, tablet, computer). Any other use needs our written permission, in particular: redistributing or re-uploading the files (including on wallpaper sites and apps), selling them or using them in products, printing them for sale, using them in advertising or commercial design, minting them as NFTs, and using them to train or fine-tune AI models. Removing our marks or claiming the works as your own is not allowed.

How the works are made

Our wallpapers are created by our studio with the help of AI image tools, then selected, checked and titled by us. They are original works and do not depict real people.

The app, purchases and refunds

The app is sold through Google Play for a one-time price, with no subscription and no ads. Payment, refunds and the payment account are handled by Google under the Google Play terms; within 48 hours of purchase you can request a refund from Google Play directly. After that, write to us and we will help as the law requires. Updates with new designs are included. Because the app is digital content that starts working as soon as it is installed, the cancellation right under Korean e-commerce law may be limited once you have started to use it, except where the content is defective or differs from its description.

Using the service

Please do not overload or disrupt the service (for example, automated mass downloading or scraping), try to get around its security, or use it for anything unlawful. We may change, pause or end parts of the service, such as the daily wallpapers, and will give notice on the site for significant changes where we reasonably can.

Liability

The site and app are provided with care, but we cannot promise that they will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses; nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit, including for our intent or gross negligence.

Changes, law and disputes

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with its effective date at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes that are unfavourable to you). These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

이 약관은 프로젝트팀포유(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 웹사이트 glasswidgets.app과 안드로이드 앱 루멘 글래스 위젯(이하 "서비스")의 이용에 적용됩니다. 이 약관은 한국어 본문을 기준으로 합니다.

제1조 저작권과 개인 이용 허락

서비스의 배경화면, 이미지, 위젯 디자인, 글 등 모든 콘텐츠의 저작권은 회사에 있습니다. 이용자는 배경화면을 무료로 내려받아 본인의 기기(휴대폰, 태블릿, 컴퓨터) 배경으로 쓸 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 이용에는 회사의 서면 허락이 필요하며, 특히 다음 행위를 금합니다: 파일의 재배포·재업로드(배경화면 사이트·앱 포함), 판매나 상품 제작, 판매용 인쇄, 광고·상업 디자인 사용, NFT 발행, 인공지능 모델의 학습·미세조정에 사용, 회사 표시의 삭제나 자기 작품으로 주장하는 행위.

제2조 작품의 제작 방식

배경화면은 회사의 스튜디오가 AI 이미지 도구를 활용해 만들고, 직접 고르고 검수하고 제목을 붙인 창작물입니다. 실존 인물을 묘사하지 않습니다.

제3조 앱 구매와 환불

앱은 Google Play에서 한 번 결제로 판매되며, 구독과 광고가 없습니다. 결제·환불·결제 계정은 Google Play 약관에 따라 Google이 처리합니다. 구매 후 48시간 안에는 Google Play에서 직접 환불을 요청할 수 있고, 그 이후에는 회사로 연락하시면 관련 법령에 따라 돕겠습니다. 새 디자인이 담긴 업데이트는 구매에 포함됩니다. 앱은 설치와 동시에 이용이 시작되는 디지털 콘텐츠이므로, 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조 제2항에 따라 이용을 시작한 뒤에는 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다. 다만 콘텐츠에 하자가 있거나 표시·광고 내용과 다른 경우에는 그러하지 않습니다.

제4조 이용자의 의무

자동화된 대량 내려받기·수집 등으로 서비스에 과도한 부하를 주거나, 보안 장치를 우회하거나, 법령에 어긋나는 목적으로 서비스를 이용해서는 안 됩니다. 회사는 매일 걸리는 배경화면 등 서비스의 일부를 바꾸거나 일시 중단·종료할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 가능한 범위에서 사이트에 미리 알립니다.

제5조 책임의 제한

회사는 서비스를 성실히 제공하지만, 항상 이용 가능하거나 오류가 없음을 보증하지는 않습니다. 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 회사는 간접 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해 등 법령상 제한할 수 없는 책임은 제한하지 않습니다.

제6조 약관의 변경, 준거법과 관할

회사가 약관을 바꿀 때에는 시행일 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 이 페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 알립니다. 이 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.
